Booking & Cancellation Policy

CM Nutrition is committed to providing a professional, well-organised service. This policy sets out the terms that apply to all bookings and is designed to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.

Please read this policy before booking. By confirming a paid booking with CM Nutrition, you agree to the terms set out below.

1.  Free 15-Minute Intro Call

CM Nutrition offers a free 15-minute intro call, bookable through the website. This is an opportunity for prospective clients to discuss what they are looking to achieve, ask questions, and determine whether CM Nutrition is the right fit for their needs.

The intro call is complimentary and does not form part of any paid service. The deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms set out in this policy apply to paid consultation bookings only and do not apply to intro calls.

Where a client is unable to attend a scheduled intro call, we ask that as much notice as possible is given so that the slot may be offered to another prospective client.

2.  How to Book a Consultation

Paid consultation packages are not booked directly through the website. Following an intro call, bookings may be made in one of two ways:

  • By emailing catherine@cm-nutrition.co.uk to arrange a booking directly, or

  • CM Nutrition will follow up after the intro call with booking details and next steps.

A booking is confirmed only once the client has received a confirmation email from CM Nutrition and the required deposit has been received.

Any personal and health information collected as part of the booking and consultation process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.cm-nutrition.co.uk.

3.  Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all paid bookings. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the appointment. The booking slot is held but not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • Clarity Session (£130): deposit £65, balance £65 due 48 hours before the session

  • 6-Week Programme (£310): deposit £155, balance £155 due 48 hours before the initial consultation

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 24 hours of the booking being made, the held slot may be released.

4.  Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Clients wishing to cancel are asked to do so as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation with more than 48 hours notice: the deposit is retained, but no further charge applies. Clients are welcome to rebook at a future date.

  • Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: the full session fee is charged. Short-notice cancellations do not allow sufficient time to offer the slot to another client.

  • No-show (failure to attend without notice): the full session fee is charged. Where only a deposit has been paid at the time of the no-show, the outstanding balance will be invoiced and is due within 7 days.

Please note:  The 50% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

5.  Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty provided at least 48 hours notice is given. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will be treated as a cancellation and the full session fee will apply.

6.  Online Consultations

Where sessions are delivered online, joining details will be included in the booking confirmation email. Clients are asked to ensure they are ready to join at the scheduled time using the link provided.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a suitable, private environment for the duration of the session. Technical difficulties on the client's side do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation-free rescheduling.

Where a technical issue on the part of CM Nutrition prevents a session from taking place, a full rescheduled session will be offered at no additional cost.

7.  Cancellation by CM Nutrition

In the rare event that CM Nutrition needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will be given as much notice as possible and offered the next available appointment at no additional cost. If the client is unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.

8.  Late Arrivals

Where a client arrives late to a session, the appointment will conclude at the originally scheduled time as the full session duration cannot always be extended. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time.

Clients who anticipate being late are asked to notify CM Nutrition in advance where possible.

9.  Health Questionnaire

A health and lifestyle questionnaire will be sent to clients upon booking. Returning this at least 48 hours before the appointment allows CM Nutrition to prepare thoroughly and ensures the session is as productive as possible.

Please note that failure to return the questionnaire prior to the session may limit the depth of personalised guidance that can be provided on the day.
